OurLegacy Volunteers
People facing grave illness and lack of mobility rely on people to say “yes'“ to organ and tissue donation. OurLegacy Volunteers inspire them to do so by contributing their stories and knowledge of the donation process to our public education programs.
Our volunteer program is comprised of donor family members, transplant recipients, and others who share our mission in educating our community about donation and donor designation.
We welcome all those who wish to join us in our educational efforts. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to support these goals through activities that interest you. Opportunities include hosting information tables at community events, speaking to the public and healthcare professionals, and participating in special events.
OurLegacy Volunteers attend an orientation and ongoing training sessions to ensure they are prepared to represent OurLegacy and the cause we all hold dear.
