Brooke was a shining light to others during and after her all too short life. She made a lasting impact that is carried on by those she loved and those who received her gift of life every single day. So it rings true to those who loved her that her legacy as a donor hero reflects who she was known to be – giving and unforgettable.
Brooke’s parents, Chris and Laura Dawkins, find comfort in knowing their daughter saved lives by being an organ donor. They have even had the chance to meet some of the recipients, and have formed a bond with them as well.
